WOYWW 836

Happy Wednesday - workdesk sharing again  - come join in at Sarah's

I promised you crafting

and did do some -

even if it was only finishing off a journal page from a couple of weeks ago!

I added some more layers of stencilling and stamping and coloured the collage tissue faces.

I' m still tired (never sleep well) and work is mad- busy but hey ho.  Thanks for your concern, it's nothing to worry about!

It was a solo visit to Kew on Saturday as my Kew buddy Kim decided the awful forecast was enough to deter her until Sunday. In the end, it didn't rain on Saturday

these purple poppies are stunning
and who doesn't love an ox eye daisy

I might be a bit late visiting this week, what with work being so busy  and it's the annual golf day Monica has started organising (I'm not playing obviously, but those of us left in the office might be busier than usual! )

Thanks for dropping by, happy WOYWW and see you soon!

Oh Helen, sorry it is so mad busy at work and today will possibly be even busier. I do hope the golfers enjoy their day out but i feel so sorry for those of you left behind.
Love your journal page, the faces are lovely and show up so much more now they have had sone colour attached. And who can resist that beautiful poppy and the lovely daisy, two of my favourite flowers.
Hugs, Neet 2 xx

Fab journal page - loving all the layers. Golf day? Yikes. Having to play would be worse than a busy office. Kew looks springlike and sunny. Knitting day for me - Happy WOYWW!

Hi Helen, you must try to take it easy. It seems a bit unfair that they expect those left behind to get all the jobs done. Hope it all goes okay. I love the poppy it's beautiful and thanks for the kind comments over at mine. WOYWW hugs, Angela x7x

You can only do so much, gotta look after yourself. The lack of sleep is such a menace, it happens to so many of us at a certain age! Your poppy pic is absolutely stunning, that deserves to be a card or in a frame!

Fabulous journal pages and your photographs are lovely. It seems a bit unfair to make you work extra to cover for those away golfing. Happy WOYWW. Angela #11

Too much work doesn't kill you but I guess it can allow shingles to take over so take a little advise from one who knows....don't overdo it my friend. Thankfully I'm back and well recovering now cos work starts again for me today .

Sorry it’s so busy at work, my response to such pressure was ‘ok, which task has priority?’
Your journal page is stunning and I love your Kew photos. The strawflowers and poppies were lovely.
Happy WOYWW

That journal page was worth finishing- I love the colours. I hope you are not too tired and stressed this week. Lack of sleep does funny things so take it easy when you can. I've been trying to watch a bit of tennis from Queens but find myself dozing off! x x Jo 🌈
